How to Measure Your Head for a Wig

To get the perfect fit, follow these simple steps using a soft measuring tape. Measure in inches or centimeters and write down each measurement.

1. Circumference

Wrap the tape around your head, starting at your hairline at the forehead. Go behind your ears and around the nape of your neck, bringing it back to the starting point.

2. Front to Nape

Place the tape at the center of your forehead (hairline) and run it over the crown, down to the nape of your neck.

3. Ear to Ear (Across Forehead)

Measure from the top of one ear, across your forehead, to the top of the other ear.

4. Ear to Ear (Over Crown)

Start at the top of one ear and measure over the crown (highest point of your head) to the top of the other ear.

5. Temple to Temple (Around Back)

Measure from one temple (just above the ear) around the back of your head to the other temple.

6. Nape of Neck

Measure the width of your nape (the base of your hairline at the back of your neck) from one side to the other.

Once you have your measurements, compare them to wig sizing chart below to find the best fit.

Size Chart - This chart is for lace front and full lace wigs.

Glueless Chart - The measurements on this chart are for our beginner cap / glueless caps as they fit more snug than other caps. 

If you are measuring between sizes, we recommended sizing up for a comfier fit.
