We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, and selected international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Made-to-order or customised items (e.g., wigs with customisation or colouring) take longer to dispatch. These timelines will be clearly stated during your consultation.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1–3 business days

  • UK: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs clearance times.

💶 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping over €100.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply once the order reaches its destination country. We cannot control or predict these charges.

📦 Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the courier.
